  • Manoushe is a typical Lebanese wrap

  • We baked the dough on a SAJ

  • The Saj is a dome-shaped grill that cooks a thin Manoushe that we Lebanese simply call: Saj

  • Homemade every day

  • Made with whole wheat flour

  • Suitable for vegans (no butter, no dairy, no eggs)
